Theodore
Theodore's star attraction is Bellingrath, a 15 room museum home within 68 acres of landscaped gardens. It is the only home in Alabama to have been featured on A&E's "America's Castles." The riverfront house was constructed in 1935 by Walter and Bessie Bellingrath, first bottlers of Coca-Cola for Mobile, Alabama. This is a must-see for newcomers to the area, especially when the azaleas are in bloom and at Christmas when the gardens become a winter wonderland. |
